Angela says: “There are many reasons I became a teacher, including the enjoyment of working with children, how every day is different but above all I enjoy helping children understand topics/concepts in different ways. I remember when I was a student myself and I struggled with math. It took a few talented teachers to help me understand the concepts using more outside-the-box learning techniques and strategies for me to be able to grasp the concepts. In my own personal time I enjoy spending time with my family, including our family dog named Molly. I also enjoy running and one of my favorite things to do is spend time at the beach.”
