SAT 2014 Spring Tests Information

The next test scheduled for the spring is March 8th and it is strictly SAT (no Subject Tests). The regular registration deadline has passed, but you can still sign up by mail by February 21st. The deadline for registrations made online or by phone is February 24th. A late fee applies for all late registrations.

Later test dates in the spring include both SAT and Subject Tests. The deadline to sign up for the May 3rd test is April 4th, and the deadline to sign up for the June 7th test is May 9th. It’s important that you sign up as soon as possible, because slots fill up fast and many students take the test more than once.

If your child has a documented disability, it is important to see if they are eligible for accommodations. Some options are 50 percent extended time, extended breaks, additional breaks, and sign-language interpreter. Contact College Board as soon as possible to apply for approval for accommodations.

Official score reports are sent out about five weeks after the test is administered. They are sent to the student’s high school, if the student entered the correct high school code number when registering. Students who have active College Board online accounts will automatically get their SAT scores online, unless they request a paper score report.

More information regarding registration and deadlines can be found on the SAT official website.
