My daughter and I worked with David Thompson to prepare for the ISEE. We had a relatively short window to get ready, but from my first conversation with David, I knew that he was the right person for my child. He is knowledgeable and has a positive attitude. It was clear that he had the capacity to support and motivate. Importantly, he held my daughter accountable for her own preparation, while simultaneously guiding her through every aspect of the task at hand. He did all this with a sense of humor that is infectious. My daughter is usually resistant to any external assistance, but she was very pleased with David, and would admit that she not only enjoyed the lessons, but also benefitted from them. I am very happy to have encountered David and will use him for other suitable tutoring sessions. In the end, her scores improved significantly as a result of their work together.
