She is experienced in working with students with learning disabilities, behavioral issues, ASD, and gifted students. Additionally, she has assessed students using a wide range of academic screening materials, in order to target each student’s learning needs accurately.

Abbey says: “Hi! My name is Abbey. For more than a decade, I’ve loved working with kids—whether as a camp counselor, sports coach, or classroom teacher. Growing up, I struggled with confidence, so I’m passionate about understanding each student’s unique needs to help them feel excited about learning and confident in tackling challenges. When I’m not teaching or tutoring, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with friends and family. I also love painting, exploring nature, and hanging out with my dog and cat!
