Andrew says: “Approaching teaching through my background in philosophy, I emphasize precision and thoughtfulness in reading, writing, and test preparation. Outside the classroom, I have trained in ballet and Ukrainian folk dance for a decade, am a member of the MIT Ukrainian Folk Dance Ensemble, and frequently dance salsa and bachata. I also sail on the Charles River and ski. As a U.S. Army combat veteran, I encourage my students to be disciplined, prepared, and resilient in their studies.
