David Gorestki

David specializes in Biology and Chemistry, and is currently serving as a high school Chemistry teacher in Massachusetts. He is experienced in working with students with learning differences, dyslexia, and ADHD. In his ten years of tutoring experience, he has worked directly with students and assisted teachers in order to meet the learning needs of students of a wide variety of ages. He enjoys developing personalized curriculum to make his sessions engaging and interactive for all learners.

David says: “My educational philosophy centers on breaking down barriers and fostering an inclusive, inspirational environment where students feel empowered to explore their natural curiosity and fully engage with learning. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy staying active by playing basketball and spending time on creative pursuits like ceramics. I also love hiking and camping, which allow me to connect with nature and recharge. At home, I share four cats with my partner Kimberly. When it comes to travel, my favorite destinations are Japan and Finland, both of which inspire me with their unique cultures, nature, and perspectives.“
