Tressa has been teaching for over 12 years, specializing in Early Childhood Education. She tutors students in math from preschool level through 3rd grade and English Language Arts from preschool through 6th grade. Tressa graduated from the University of North Texas with her bachelor’s in English and Development and Family Studies in 2010. She then attended Collin College and received her AMS Montessori diploma in 2014 for ages 3-6. She continues to teach in a Montessori classroom and has worked in toddler, primary, and lower elementary. She is experienced in working with students with special needs, particularly ASD, dyslexia, and dysgraphia. She also has extensive experience teaching theater/drama to young children. She enjoys developing personalized materials to meet the specific needs of her students. In her free time, she loves to travel and has been to over 30 countries. She plays on a rec kickball team and enjoys watching soccer.
