Charles says: “My teaching philosophy centers on helping students develop genuine confidence and curiosity. I believe the most effective learning happens when students feel supported enough to challenge themselves and excited enough to explore ideas and technical ability outside the classroom. I aim to help students not only master the material, but also apply their understanding to real world problems and opportunities, and have a better sense for how people apply mastery in a subject to future studies and to careers.
