David specializes in Math and Physics, and tutors students in grades 7-12. He is also experienced in tutoring Computer Science, Coding, and Robotics. He is experienced in working with students with a wide range of learning styles and abilities. Throughout his undergraduate and graduate studies, he served as a Research Assistant for IT and Computer Science. He enjoys supporting students with hands-on, project-based learning, and developing personalized materials to meet the specific needs of his students.
David says: “During graduate school, I led research in robotics and computer vision, and I found that mentoring younger students and watching their confidence grow was a rewarding experience. I believe learning should be active and personally meaningful—whether that means building a robot to explore programming or breaking down a tough math concept with simple visuals. I enjoy designing creative, individualized approaches to help students feel both capable and curious. Outside of tutoring, I spend most of my time with my wife, catching up on sci-fi shows, or working on side projects that combine my love for engineering and education.
