Donivyn has eight years of both online and in-person tutoring experience tutoring students in grades 5-12, specializing in Math (Elementary School Math, Middle School Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I/II, Geometry, Precalculus, and Calculus I/II/III), Science, and Computer Science/Engineering (including C++, Python, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, CAD, and 3D Printing) with 100% client satisfaction rating. He tutors Physics for high school and college, as well as English Language Arts skills. He has extensive experience in test preparation, including SAT, ISEE, and SSAT prep, and has successfully tutored over 10 students in these exams. He prepares students for private school and college application interviews, ensuring that students are confident and prepared for admission interviews. He is experienced in working with students with a wide range of special needs and supports IEP/504 accommodations, including dyslexia. He enjoys developing personalized materials to meet the specific needs of his students, as well as going off the student’s own materials.

Aside from tutoring, Donivyn works as a Product Development Engineer in the medical technology industry. Donivyn utilizes his engineering background to break down complex problems in the Maths and Sciences into digestible bits by taking a real-world applications-based approach. It is Donivyn’s tutoring passion to bridge the learning gap so that students not only reach their educational and professional dreams but have fun while getting there. Donivyn has been active throughout his life; he played baseball, basketball, soccer, and football from elementary school through college. Now, he enjoys hiking, surfing, and bicycling during warm weather and snowboarding  during cold weather. Donivyn strives to be a world traveler; he has been to five of the seven continents. Donivyn loves animals, and is hoping to get a German Shorthaired Pointer!
