Greg says: “I believe the most effective test preparation begins with understanding each student as an individual learner. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, helping them strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and approach testing with greater clarity and composure. My background includes a Master’s in Education from Boston University, classroom teaching experience, and extensive one-on-one tutoring in Math, Science, English, and History. I work with students preparing for exams such as the ISEE, SSAT, HSPT,  ACT, and grade-level academic assessments, always focusing on both content mastery and the habits that lead to long-term academic success. Families often tell me they value the calm, structured environment I create. I break complex material into manageable steps, teach students how to think through problems independently, and help them develop strategies that reduce anxiety and improve performance. As both an educator and a father of three young sons, I understand that strong communication with families matters. Parents appreciate regular feedback, clear goals, and a tutoring relationship built on consistency and trust. My goal is not simply higher scores, but helping students become more confident, capable learners who are prepared for the demands of competitive academic environments.
