Leanne tutors students in grades K-6 in all subject areas. She is currently serving as a 5th grade math and science teacher, and has previously served as a Preschool Moderate Disabilities Teacher. She’s experienced in working with students for whom English is not their first language. She is certified in Special Education and has worked with students with dyslexia, a wide range of learning and reading disabilities, and students with social/emotional needs. She enjoys developing personalized materials to fit the specific needs of her students.
Leanne says, “Ever since I was a little girl I wanted to be an educator. I am happy to finally be living that dream in many roles, including being a teacher and a tutor. I love to connect with and learn with my students. I enjoy taking walks outside, going to the beach, traveling, and reading. I hope to be able to take walks with a new puppy some day!“
