Madeline tutors English Language Arts for middle school and high school students, especially writing skills. She prepares students for college application interviews, ensuring that students are confident and prepared for admission interviews. She has extensive experience teaching middle school and high school Spanish, and has tutored students at all ages and levels (starting at age 4). She prepares students for the English section of the GED test. She is experienced in working with students with special needs, including modifying for students with vision impairment.
“Madeline is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she enjoys hiking, hanging out with friends and family, and trying new coffee shops. She ran cross country and track through college and still continues those passions through various ways of staying active. In her home city, she serves her students as a high school Spanish Teacher and track coach. She loves being hands-on and involved at her school. Her main focus in the classroom is being an understanding and relatable confidant while developing any student’s love for learning through diverse and personalized approaches. In addition to teaching, she has a passion for travel and is currently teaching English in Madrid, Spain. Through the next year she hopes to explore Spain and learn more about the language and culture.”
