Family Concert: Music, Magic, and More

Where: Boston Symphony Hall

Bring the whole family to Symphony Hall for this fun and engaging concert series, designed to encourage an appreciation for live performance and orchestral music. Cast includes the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras (BYSO), Marta Żurad as conductor, and Matt Roberts as magician.
Quincy SpringFest
When: Saturday 4/15/2023, 12:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Where: Hancock Adams Common
Age: all ages
Cost: free
The City of Quincy will host “Spring Fest”, a family-friendly variety of dance performances, arts and crafts demonstrations, music and games. Scheduled performances will include Boston Chinese Dance, Brady Academy, CenterStage, Danceworks, Hung Gar Kung Fu & Lion Dance Academy, InSync, Quincy Jhankars, The Forbes School of Irish Dance and Velocity Dance Company.
Painting Place April Vacation Camps
When: Sunday 4/16/2023 through Friday 4/21/2023, 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. or 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

MFA April Vacation Week Activities

Fairy House Building at Franklin Park

Let’s build a fairy house! Children are invited to join us for a creative activity on April 20 in Franklin Park. Natural materials will be provided, but everyone is welcome to explore their surroundings to find natural elements, including sticks, stones, and leaves to adorn their fairy houses. Fairy houses are small structures for fairies and woodland creatures to live in. These whimsical habitats are build by children, families, gardeners, and nature lovers alike.
Field of Daffodils at New England Botanic Garden
